Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies to services scheduled with Bharatfy Improvements Private Limited on bharatfy.in.

1. Cancelling a booking

You may cancel and receive a full refund up to one (1) business day before your scheduled Bharatfy360 shoot, Vaastu visit, or TalentCode scan appointment. See the Refund Policy for how refunds are processed.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule free of charge up to one (1) business day before the appointment, subject to slot availability. Same-day changes are accommodated where possible but not guaranteed.

3. No-shows & late cancellation

If our team attends a scheduled shoot/visit and the site is inaccessible, the customer is absent, or cancellation is made after the free window, a visit fee may apply to cover travel and scheduling costs; the balance (if any) is refunded per the Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation by us

If we must cancel or reschedule (e.g., weather, equipment, or force majeure), we offer the earliest alternative slot or a full refund at your choice.

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within one (1) month (Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020). Grievances and requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 are responded to within 90 days. If unsatisfied, a data principal may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
