Transaction Data: Order history, billing address, payment method (we do NOT store full card/UPI credentials).
Service-Specific Data: DMIT fingerprint data (converted to encrypted biometric ratios); virtual tour business address; Vaastu property details/floor plans.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited.
Communications: Messages you send us via forms, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

To deliver the products and services you purchase.
To process payments and issue GST invoices.
To communicate order updates and post-service follow-ups.
To provide customer support.
To comply with applicable laws (Companies Act, GST Act, Income Tax Act, DPDP Act).
To improve our services (legitimate interest).
For marketing — only with your explicit consent, with easy opt-out.

5. Data Retention

Order & transaction records: 8 years (Income Tax Act).
DMIT biometric ratios & reports: 3 years, then permanently deleted unless requested otherwise.
Marketing contact data: Until you withdraw consent.

6. Data Security

We implement HTTPS encryption, access controls, and use PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. We never store card or UPI credentials. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board within DPDP Act timelines.

7. Your Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

Access: Obtain confirmation of data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure: Request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw previously given consent.
Grievance Redressal: Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer.

8. Children's Privacy

TalentCode DMIT may be utilized by minors, always with parental/guardian supervision. Data of individuals under 18 is processed only with verifiable parental consent as required under the DPDP Act.
