1. Company Information

These Terms govern your relationship with Bharatfy Improvements Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at 52, Sindhuja Greens, Sector-10, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310, India (hereinafter "Company"). The Company is GST registered and operates four business verticals: TalentCode (DMIT & career guidance), Bharatfy360 (Google Business Profile virtual tours), Vaastu Shastra Consultation, and Earthpot Global (herbal & organic products).

2. Services & Products Offered

• TalentCode DMIT Report: Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test reports with optional career guidance counseling.
• Bharatfy360 Virtual Tour: Google-certified 360° virtual tour photography for Google Business Profile listings.
• Vaastu Shastra Consultation: Traditional Vaastu consultancy for residential, commercial, and pre-construction properties.
• Earthpot Global Products: Herbal, organic, and recyclable products (fulfilled via earthpotglobal.com).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Order Placement & Acceptance

When you place an order through our Site, it constitutes an offer to purchase. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed only after (i) our team calls you to verify booking details, and (ii) payment is received in full.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. A valid GST invoice will be issued for every purchase and emailed to the customer.

6. Payment

Payments may be made via (a) the payment gateway integrated on the Site, (b) UPI (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), (c) direct bank transfer / NEFT / IMPS / RTGS to the Company's account (details below), or (d) any other method communicated during the order confirmation call.

6.1 Wait Time & On-Site Delay Charges (Bharatfy360 only)

For Bharatfy360 virtual tour shoots, our photography crew is scheduled by the hour. If the crew is made to wait at the site beyond the first 30 minutes (due to reasons attributable to the customer — e.g., site not ready, access not granted, decision-maker not present), the following charges will be levied on the final invoice:

• First 30 minutes of wait: Included / no charge.
• Each additional hour (or part thereof): ₹1,000 per hour + 18% GST.
• If the wait exceeds 1 hour and the shoot cannot commence, the crew will depart and a reschedule fee of ₹1,500 will apply. The new shoot date will be offered subject to crew availability.

Wait-time charges are not included in the instant quote calculator on the Products page, and will be added to the final GST invoice only if actually incurred.

7. Delivery & Service Fulfillment

• TalentCode DMIT: At-home fingerprint capture. Reports delivered within 7–10 business days. Counselling (if included in plan) scheduled within 5 business days of report delivery.
• Bharatfy360 Virtual Tour: On-site photography scheduled within 3–5 business days of booking. Google publication within 2–3 business days post-shoot.
• Vaastu Consultation: Session scheduled within 3 business days of booking. Written report delivered within 7 business days.
• Earthpot Global Products: Fulfillment and delivery governed by terms at earthpotglobal.com.

8. User Obligations

You agree to: provide accurate information; grant access to premises required for service delivery; not misuse the Site; not reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit any content, reports, or photographs except as permitted under the scope of service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including logos, text, graphics, reports, and photographs is the property of Bharatfy Improvements Pvt Ltd and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws. DMIT reports and virtual tour photographs are licensed to the customer for personal/business use only.

10. Disclaimers

DMIT reports are intended as a guidance tool and do not constitute psychological or medical advice. Vaastu consultation is offered as traditional advisory and does not constitute engineering, architectural, or legal advice. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
