Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer
TalentCode DMIT Report
- Before fingerprint capture: Full refund (100%) if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled capture.
- Within 24 hours or no-show: 50% refund; remaining 50% retained as scheduling fee.
- After capture completed: No refund, as report generation has begun.
Bharatfy360 Virtual Tour
- Before on-site shoot: Full refund (100%) if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled shoot.
- Within 48 hours or no-show: 70% refund; 30% retained for crew scheduling and travel.
- After shoot completed: No refund. However, if the final tour fails Google's quality standards due to our error, we will reshoot at no cost.
Vaastu Shastra Consultation
- Before consultation session: Full refund (100%) if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Within 24 hours or no-show: 50% refund.
- After consultation session held: No refund.
Earthpot Global Products
Orders are fulfilled via earthpotglobal.com and governed by the refund/return policy there. Unopened, undamaged products may typically be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping).
2. Cancellation by Bharatfy
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including unavailability of service professionals, technical/logistical issues, suspected fraudulent orders, or force majeure events. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued within 7–10 business days, and you will be notified in advance.
3. Refund Timeline & Method
- UPI / Wallet payments: 3–5 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days (subject to bank processing).
- Net Banking / NEFT: 5–10 business days.
- EMI payments: Per your EMI provider's standard timeline.
Refunds are always credited to the same payment method originally used. We do not process refunds in cash.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your full name and registered phone number.
- Order ID or booking reference number.
- Service/product name.
- Reason for cancellation or refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed DMIT reports and counseling sessions.
- Completed virtual tour shoots and published tours (unless quality failure is our fault).
- Completed Vaastu consultations.
- Payment gateway transaction fees.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer (Siddhartha Rray) at bharatfy@gmail.com. Escalation response within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India.
7. Chargebacks
Customers are requested to contact us first for any refund or dispute before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
